WOO HOO!! A new monthly favorites round up!!
Older posts can be found HERE.
~ Kicking ~ off the fashion favorites for this month are sneakers!
Classic, comfortable NIKE AIR FORCE 1 ’07 is a wardrobe staple. Low, mid, high — they’re all killer.
I own two customized pairs crafted by DJ ZO DESIGNS and KITOYO.
An accessory we all need is a REUSABLE BAG.
The bag ban implemented by the City of Philadelphia now prohibits retail establishments from providing single-use plastic bags.
A few months ago, I picked up a simple black canvas tote bag from ASOS and use it for everything!
When the weather gets colder, sweatshirts are non-negotiable. Why not have a bit of fun with them?
I practically live in this crewneck from THE MAYFAIR GROUP.
The brand is female-owned and operated. Their apparel and accessories echo their values of normalizing mental health conversations and promoting self-love and empathy.
The pullover is great quality, warm, cozy, and gives a bit of edge while exuding cuteness. 🙂
Want to elevate a cozy look? Add a pair of hoop earrings!
I have worn THESE hoops nearly every day since I picked them up.
The twist detailing is chic and pairs with most of my other jewelry pieces.
BEAUTY FAVORITES: COSMETICS
I despise paying inflated prices simply for brand name associations.
But alas, someone has to review the products to share if they are worth the hype or not.
For the sake of the blog, I splurged on THIS lip oil in shades 020 (mahogany) and 001 (pink).
The ‘oil’ is more of a gloss consistency but maintains moisture in the lips.
If you want your lips to look supple, glossy, and lightly colored, get this product.
I have happily repurchased both shades.
I cannot emphasize how buttery smooth THIS bronzer is.
HOURGLASS COSMETICS makes such amazing products.
You won’t believe it until you try it.
I own the shade Diffused Bronze Light which suits both my light winter complexion and sun-kissed summer glow.
THIS brush is the perfect applicator for a subtle radiance.
As many of you may know, I take great pride in my eyebrows.
I have been getting them threaded at Zara Brow Bar for nearly six years. The women there are lovely and always do an amazing job cleaning up my natural shape.
I use THIS defining pencil (shade medium brown) to lightly fill in and brush out sparse spots of my brows.
Once they are to my liking, I use THIS gel to set them.
BEAUTY FAVORITES: SKIN CARE
The skin is our largest organ and with us our entire life.
If we keep our internal organs healthy with natural foods, shouldn’t the same apply to our skin?
ESSENTIALLY HIATOS ORGANICS is a mother-daughter-owned natural, organic skin care brand I adore.
In February, I purchased THIS best-selling mask and was immediately hooked. Since I have gifted and repurchased it for myself three times. 🙂
I placed a recent order specifically to mention new products in this monthly favorites round up. THIS limited-edition treatment did not disappoint!
After one use, my skin was smooth, bright, and radiant.
And OMG — it smells delicious!!!
Outside of natural products THIS is my holy grail exfoliant.
If you are new to experimenting with chemical products, please read product directions to ensure your safety.
Massage onto clean, dry skin. Watch the gel visibly rolls away dead skin and impurities; it is beyond satisfying.
Revealed is a smoother, newer-looking complexion.
The secret to being gorgeous is feeling comfortable in your own skin.
It wouldn’t be a true monthly favorites post if I left out the random things I love. 🙂
I am usually drinking one of three things: water, coffee, or tequila.
A new player has entered the game. THIS drink is fantastic.
If you have not tried it, go now. It pairs well as a mixer for tequila or vodka, hehe.
I usually have candles burning and THIS light on for ambiance.
My latest find is Lemieux et Cie’s collaboration with ANTHROPOLOGIE.
The candle collection is so beautifully designed and elegant.
The scent Tubéreuse de Kalimantan is intoxicating and an more cost-effective alternative to Tubéreuse by DIPTYQUE.
I’m a traditional gal and love writing things down with a pen on paper.
Journaling is one of my favorite pastimes, as you may know.
I am particular choosing a pen. It has to glide well on the page, and the ink has to be rich in color, etc.
I have spent the past two years searching for my favorite utensil. HERE is it.
10/10 would highly recommend trying everything I mentioned!!
